OnAparcar Residents es la nueva app de B:SM (Barcelona Serveis Municipals) permite a los residentes de Barcelona aparcar sus vehículos en la zona verde y gestionar los tiques e incidencias mediante la app.

Para el diseño se han generado diagramas de flujo centrando su diseño en la usabilidad ya que el target de usuario es muy variado y con experiencia y conocimiento de uso muy distinto
